Your Impact

This is a senior opportunity to shape and deliver a high performing portfolio of commercial partnerships and events for Asahi Beverages. You’ll set the strategy for major partnerships and turn it into standout activations that create stronger connections with consumers, deliver value for customers and partners, and support sustainable business growth.

You’ll also lead and develop a national team of partnership and events experts, bringing together internal stakeholders, agencies and partners to maximise the value of our partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy, planning and delivery of major commercial partnerships, activations, events and hospitality experiences
• Develop integrated partnership plans that connect Brand, Commercial, Customer and Consumer Experience priorities
• Maximise partnership rights and investment through strong commercial management, negotiation and disciplined execution
• Build trusted relationships with partners, rights holders, agencies and senior internal stakeholders
• Track performance, budgets, risks and return on investment, using insights to strengthen future decisions
• Lead, coach and develop a national team of Partnerships and Events specialists, creating clarity, accountability and consistent execution

About You:

You’re a commercially minded partnerships leader who can think strategically while staying close to execution. You build strong relationships, navigate complexity with confidence and bring teams together around clear outcomes.

• 8+ years’ experience leading commercial partnerships, sponsorship, events, marketing or a related commercial discipline
• Demonstrated experience leading significant partnerships and integrated activations in complex stakeholder environments
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate consumer, customer and commercial insights into clear partnership strategies and investment decisions
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budget management, value assessment and ROI evaluation
• Strong negotiation, influencing, contract management and problem solving capability
• Proven people leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop and empower teams
• Highly collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to balance competing priorities and deliver at pace.
