This roleleadsthe endto‑end commercial agenda for theHong Kong & Macaumarket, shaping and delivering system‑wide commercial priorities in close partnership with the local bottler. The role drives the development and execution of a multiyear commercial roadmap, grounded in deep commercialexpertiseacross portfolio, routetomarket, revenue growth management, channel strategy, execution excellence, etc. It ensures OU commercial strategies are translated into clear, marketready plans with strong execution discipline and measurable business impact, while driving alignment, datadriven decisionmaking, and commercially focused joint planning across the system.

WhatYou’llDo for Us

Commercial Strategy & Planning

  • Lead overall commercial strategy and planning for theHong Kong & Macaumarket, grounded in a deep understanding of local market dynamics, consumer and customer insights, channel economics, and competitive landscape, etc.

  • Bring deep commercialexpertiseacross routetomarket, revenue growth management, portfolio, and channel economics,etcto shape and own a multi‑year commercial roadmap forHong Kong and Macau, clearly articulating growth priorities, strategic choices, and success metrics in line with OU strategies.

  • Operationalize brand plans, activating new product launches, channel marketing plans and initiatives, brand/price/package strategy and in-store equipment guidance and activation strategy, etc.

  • Balancesimmediateand long-term priorities.Seeksto meet criticalobjectiveswhile considering the impact of those decisions and activities on the ability to achieve long-term goals.

InMarket Execution & Performance Management

  • Define, deploy, and govern execution frameworks, tools, and processes aligned with market dynamics and organizational strategy, ensuring disciplined and consistent execution of commercial plans across channels and customer segments.

  • Act as the primary interface between the OU and bottler execution teams to embed execution standards into daytoday operations, including oversight of commercial infrastructure and equipment deployment, pilot testing of new execution solutions, and scaling of proven best practices.

  • Establish robust performance management routines, including KPI tracking, execution scorecards, and structured business reviews, tomonitorprogress,identifygaps, and drive continuous improvement.

Capability Enablement & System Partnership

  • Build and enable strong commercial and sales capabilities across the system to support sustainable growth, including the development and deployment of sales force and customer communication toolkits that equip frontline teams with clear, simple, and effective execution guidance.

  • Drive structured capability development through frameworks, targetedtrainingand onthejob coaching, while advancing digital, SFA, and process improvements to enhance productivity, execution accuracy, decision speed, and bestinclass ways of working.

  • Act as a trusted commercial partner to bottler leadership, operations teams, and crossfunctional stakeholders, fostering strong collaboration and shared accountability, andfacilitatingbestpractice sharing across the OU and broader bottling system to strengthen system capability.

Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned, in response to evolving business needs and market dynamics

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or relatedfield

  • 5+yearsof progressive commercial experience within FMCG, with demonstratedaccountability for commercial strategy, planning, and inmarket execution.

  • Proven ability to lead endtoend commercial agendas,leveragingexpertiseacross routetomarket, revenue growth management,portfolioand channel strategy to deliver sustainable growth and execution excellence.

  • Strong experience working with a bottler, distributor, or partnerled business model, with the ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders.

  • Highly analytical with strong business acumen, capable of translating data and insights into clear commercial plans and execution priorities.

  • Fluent in Englishand Mandarin, with the ability tooperateeffectively in a multicultural, crossfunctional environment.
