We're Hiring: Senior Manager, Commercial Finance – APAC | Singapore

Are you a strategic finance leader who thrives at the intersection of commercial growth, pricing, analytics, and business transformation?

We're looking for a Senior Manager, Commercial Finance – APAC to join our regional Finance team and partner closely with Commercial, Marketing, HR, and Operations leaders across the region.

This is a highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to influence business decisions, drive commercial performance, and shape the future of commercial finance capabilities across APAC.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Strategic commercial partnering and decision support
• Regional pricing strategy, governance, and margin optimization
• FP&A leadership, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
• Commercial performance management and business analytics
• CRM adoption and optimization to improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and commercial decision-making
• Development of data, reporting, and planning capabilities leveraging Salesforce, Power BI, Databricks, and TM1
• Leadership of regional finance initiatives, process improvements, and acquisition integration activities

We're looking for a finance professional with strong experience in:

• Commercial Finance and FP&A
• Business partnering with senior commercial leaders
• Pricing and profitability management
• Data-driven decision-making and analytics
• Leading teams in a regional or matrix environment

Experience within medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or similarly regulated industries will be highly regarded.
