The Opportunity
This position works out of our Bangkok location in the Core Diagnostics division.

As the Senior Manager, Commercial Excellence & Operations, you’ll have the chance to drives commercial and business excellence by design, planning, and implementation of commercial processes and maximize top and bottom-line results for the affiliate.

This role is responsible for owning Country and Quarterly Business Reviews, driving best-in-class standardized processes and tools to achieve performance excellence on sales revenue and margin. Guides, monitors, analyses, and provide expertise on business integration and alignment.

Success in this role is measured by sales and margin goals achievement, forecast accuracy, commercial cadence adoption and program management effectiveness.

What You’ll Work On

1. Lead Commercial Performance Governance
Drive Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews to track performance, identify risks, and ensure clear action plans and accountability across teams

2. Strengthen Forecasting & Planning Discipline
Deliver accurate and reliable forecasting through structured planning, target setting, and proactive risk management

3. Drive Sales Execution Excellence
Embed a robust commercial cadence, performance KPIs, and dashboards to enhance productivity and execution consistency across the sales organization

4. Enable Go-to-Market Effectiveness
Support development and execution of customer segmentation, account strategies, and channel optimization to drive growth and share gain

5. Lead Growth & Transformation Initiatives
Drive implementation of key commercial programs to accelerate acquisition, customer expansion, and retention

6. Optimize Sales Performance & Incentives
Ensure sales targets and incentive structures drive the right behaviors aligned to business priorities

7. Enhance Pricing & Revenue Management
Support disciplined pricing and contract governance to protect margin and improve revenue quality

8. Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure aligned execution and delivery of business priorities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree – Post graduate credentials (MBA) in Business (finance, marketing, strategy, analytics, operations) preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ work experience with track record in FP&A, Commercial Excellence, and/or Commercial Operations roles – preferably in healthcare, biotechnology, medical device, or pharma industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in collaborating closely with senior business leadership at country and regional levels.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Strong management abilities, with demonstrated ability to lead and operate with a cross-function team in a matrix organizational structure.
  • Prior team management experience.
  • Demonstrated performance of influencing change deploying robust analytical and communication capabilities.
  • Experience in data analysis, evaluation, and reporting to senior leadership.

  • Market & Customer insights – Segmentation, buyer journeys, customer needs
  • Go-to-market Strategy – Route-to-Market design, channel strategy
  • Commercial Analytics – Sales, margin, mix, customer profitability
  • Performance Management – KPI Design, dashboards, scorecards
  • Forecasting & Planning – Demand Planning, Target Setting, Scenario modelling
  • Data storytelling – Turning data into insights for sales and leadership strategy
  • Sales Performance Management – Target setting, incentives design
  • Stakeholder management – Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.
  • Executive communication – Clear, structured, decision-oriented
  • Commercial process design – Planning, reviews, cadence
