The Senior Manager, Coffee, Georgia(Korea)is responsible forleading the brand strategy and in‑market executionof Coca‑Cola’s coffee portfolio in Korea, with primary ownership of Georgia Coffee This role translates brand equity into commercial growth, driving sales, profit, and market share through strong brand building, integrated marketing execution, and portfolio management.
Operating in a newly structured organization, this role is one level below the original Director scope butretainsend‑to‑end brand ownership—requiring a leader who is strategically sharp, highly collaborative, and hands‑on The role works closely with IMX, Innovation, Commercial, and Bottling partners to deliver short‑, mid‑, and long‑term growthobjectives
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Business Planning
Develop and execute the long‑range brand strategyand annual business plansfor the Coffee category in partnership with the Category Lead.
Define clear brand roles, positioning, and growth priorities to strengthen brand equity and expand the user base.
Translate brand ambition into clear, executable plansthat deliver sustainable value growth in the Korea market.
Brand Marketing & IMX Execution
Lead brand marketing planning and executionacross communications, promotions, and experiences.
Own the brand marketing calendar, including products, packaging, communications, and promotional activities.
Work closely with the IMX team and Coffee Content partnersto deliver integrated, culturally relevant campaigns across media, digital, social, and in‑market touchpoints.
Portfolio & Innovation Collaboration
Manage the Coffee portfolio strategy, including maintenance and expansion, in close collaboration with the Innovation team.
Provide strong brand input into innovation projects, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and consumer needs.
Commercial & Cross‑Functional Leadership
Partner closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, R&D, and Bottling teams to ensure strong commercial executionand system alignment.
Contribute to joint business planning and in‑market activation with bottling partners.
Coordinate and influence cross‑functional teams across the Korea organization to deliver brandobjectives
Performance Management & Insights
Lead brand performance diagnosis and analysis, incorporating consumer insights, market trends, competitive landscape, channels, and customer dynamics.
Track day‑to‑day performance across sales volume, revenue, profit, and brand health metrics.
Commission and leverage brand and consumer research to inform decisions andoptimizeplans.
Budget & Resource Management
Manage the brand marketing budgetin alignment with brand strategy and productivity guidelines.
Ensure disciplined investment decisions and strong ROI focus.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degreerequired;MBA or equivalent preferred.
Over 11 years of experiencein brand management or marketing roles within FMCG, beverage, or consumer goods industries.
Proven ability to develop and execute brand strategies that drive commercial results
Strong strategic thinking paired with hands‑on execution capability.
Deep consumer‑centric mindsetwith strong analytical skills toidentifygrowth opportunities from complex data.
Experience working within matrixed organizationsand with bottling partners.
Strong communicationskills and ability to collaborate with regional and global teams.
Curiosity, learning agility, and openness to innovation.
Solid understanding of the Coca‑Cola system business model(OU and Bottler).
Native‑level Koreanrequired; business‑level fluency in Englishrequired
