Job Description

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Manager - Cloud Resilience Governance to lead our initiatives in establishing governance frameworks that enhance the resilience and reliability of our cloud environments. This role is vital in ensuring that our cloud practices align with organizational objectives, industry regulations, and best practices while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cloud resilience governance policies and frameworks that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in cloud architectures and recommend strategies for mitigating these risks.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including IT, security, and compliance, to embed resilience governance into cloud operations and service management.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of cloud resilience measures, including incident response and recovery efforts, to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead initiatives to educate and train staff on cloud governance best practices and resilience strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits, ensuring that cloud resilience practices are thoroughly documented and transparent.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts by staying up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in cloud governance and resilience.
  • Manage relationships with cloud service providers to ensure alignment with governance policies and requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud governance, risk management, or compliance roles, with a focus on resilience.
  • Strong understanding of cloud service models, architectures, and the associated compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 22301).
  • Proven experience conducting risk assessments and designing governance strategies for cloud environments.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Cloud Security Professional, Certified Information Systems Auditor) are a plus.
