DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Clinical Simulation ​located in West Chester, PA or Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Warsaw, IN or Raynham, MA.

The Senior Manager, Clinical Simulation is a key leader within the Commercial Global Education Capabilities organization, responsible for advancing clinical education through innovative simulation-based learning programs that support healthcare professionals and commercial education strategies. This role partners across global and regional functions to design, implement, and continuously improve simulation experiences that enhance proceduralproficiency, product knowledge, and customer engagement.

This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of orthopedic education byleveragingemerging technologies, evidence-based learning methodologies, and best-in-class simulation practices. The individual will play a critical role in elevating educational outcomes, enabling safe and effective product adoption, and strengthening DePuy Synthes’ position as a trusted partner in surgeon and healthcare professional education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, design, deployment, and continuous improvement of global clinical simulation programs aligned with commercial educationobjectives

  • Develop and manage simulation-based curricula, learning pathways, and hands-on training experiences for healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.

  • Partner with commercial, medical education, clinical, marketing, R&D, and regional education teams toidentifylearning needs and educational priorities.

  • Drive the adoption of innovative simulation technologies, digital learning tools, and immersive training methodologies to enhance learner engagement and outcomes.

  • Establish andmonitorkey performance indicators to assess the effectiveness, quality, and business impact of simulation programs.

  • Manage relationships with external simulation partners, vendors, professional societies, and educational institutions.

  • Ensure training programs align with applicable regulations, company policies, and educational best practices.

  • Lead cross-functional projects and coordinate global simulation initiatives from planning through execution and evaluation.

  • Develop recommendations for enhancing educational effectiveness through data-driven insights and learner feedback.

  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Education:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Life Sciences, Medical Education, Biomedical Engineering, Education, Business, ora relatedfield.

Preferred

  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Education, Medical Education, Clinical Sciences, Business Administration, Adult Learning, ora relateddiscipline.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Minimum of 8–10 years of relevant professional experience, including experience in medical education, clinical training, simulation, healthcare education, or a related MedTech environment.

  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing educational or simulation-based learning programs for healthcare professionals.

  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Experience analyzing educational data and applying insights to improve program effectiveness and learner outcomes.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed, global organization.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting orthopedic, surgical, or procedural education programs.

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, curriculum development, and simulation-based education methodologies.

  • Experience with virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), mixed reality, or other advanced simulation technologies.

  • Experience working with global healthcare professional education programs.

  • Familiarity with medical device commercialization and customer education strategies.

  • Experience managing external educational partners and vendors.

  • Priorpeopleleadership or team development experience.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

122,000.00 - 245,000.00 USD Annual

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
