About the Role

Assists CHO Claims Head on managing overall claims performance and support

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assists on overall claims performance management and training in order to ensure claims service standard and risk management

1. Endorses and arbitrates the claim cases over BU authority, complex appealed cases and special cases within pre-set authority.

2. Coordinate with Medical Network/product/IT Dept. on drafting & maintaining standard Claims Rules & Service Procedure

3. Assists on monitoring all claims KPIs

4. Conducts and develop claims reports,analysis of claims trend and data 5. Provides technical training to claims assessors and technical support / training to related staffs.

6. Provides technical support during new product development

7. Claim data collect for claims analysis, product development, regulatory reporting, and other purposes.

8. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Minimum Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in any discipline of medical doctor will be preferred

2. At least 5 years of work experience in the insurance claims domain, and at least 2 years experience of claims system development and product configuration

3. Fluent in English and Chinese (Putonghua)

4. Familiar with claims risk management, claims portfolio analysis

5. Have the knowledge of other operations function like U&I and POS
