Job Description

A. PMO and business analysis (50%)

  • Planning and driving agenda, creating materials with business/FP&A and track / closure of action items for the monthly Global operation leadership call
  • Planning & driving weekly operations head leadership meeting & action items to closure
  • Provide meaningful insights to senior leadership for ‘optimal’ business decision making
  • Quarterly Business Review presentations related to Insurance business to EC members
  • Proactive analysis & alerts on business health and concern areas
  • Objective Key Results formulation, reporting and tracking for Insurance
  • Closely work with senior management
  • Coordination with various teams across organization
  • Ascertaining accuracy of information gathered from multiple teams
  • Top down budget & target setting
  • Audits and compliance oversight
  • Work closely with the operations and geo head to drive agenda, create materials with business/FP&A and ensure tracking / closure of action items
  • Provide meaningful insights to senior leadership for ‘optimal’ business decision making
  • Quarterly Business Review presentations related to geography to EC members
  • Proactive analysis & alerts on business health and concern areas
  • Objective Key Results formulation, reporting and tracking for the geography
  • Objective Key Results coaching to business teams
  • Closely work with senior management and coordination with various teams across organization
  • Ascertaining accuracy of information gathered from multiple teams
  • Top down budget & target setting
  • Audits and compliance oversight

B. Geo growth support (10%)

  • Pipeline tracking, reporting & clean up
  • Strategic & named account planning
  • Large deals support, oversight & reporting
  • Deal prioritization
  • Reviewing, maintaining, and enhancing SFDC dashboards
  • Educate sales team about best practices
  • Executive engagement planning & tracking
  • CSAT - end to end process
  • Bi-monthly large deals and exec. connect meeting planning
  • Enabling effective monthly growth calls & track closure of actions

C. Research & External Image Enhancement (10%)

  • NASSCOM support
  • External image enhancement with client events like Ins. Advisory etc.
  • Thought leadership papers from Industry forums and client events
  • Insurance Competitor Analysis
  • Market and Trend analysis
  • Linkedin & Social media presence

D. Geography strategy office (30%)

  • Board Presentations
  • Investor Presentations
  • Alignment of geography strategy with the overall company strategy
  • Strategy OKR formulation
  • Enable execution of strategy OKR's / work streams
  • Partnerships framework governance & progress update
  • M&A framework & asset evaluation support

E. Skill set required for the role:

F. Education qualifications and experience:

  • MBA Finance/Chartered Accountant
  • Bachelors of Commerce
  • 7-8 years of experience
