SALARY:$106,400-$126,350, bonusandlong-term incentive eligible

LOCATION:This roleisbased in St. Louis, Missouri, with10–20%travelinitially, increasingtoapproximately40-50% as the program approaches go-live.

As Senior Manager, Change Management, you will own end-to-end change management for theU.S.SAP S/4HANA transformation,Aurora You will serveas the primary liaison between the Central Aurora Program and local U.S.Aurora Project, Business,andBrewery teams to ensure the workforce is ready, willing, and able tooperatein the new CORE solution.

Thisrole is accountable fordrivingadoption ofS/4HANAthrough structured change managementpracticesgrounded inProscimethodologywhile minimizing resistance, business disruption, and process deviation.It servesas the people and adoption integrator across Global, Zone, and Country teams.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the U.S. change management strategy and plan for Aurora, applyingProsciADKARmethodologytobuildawareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement across impacted usergroups.

  • Partner with Global Change Management, Zone PMO, and U.S. businessandbreweryleaderstoalignmessaging, sequencing, and readiness across sites.

  • Conduct stakeholderanalysesand change impact assessments toidentifyat-riskgroups, process disruptions, and role-level impacts.

  • Trackadoptionofreadiness, resistance signals, and change risksagainstprogram milestones, escalating gaps to program leadership with the PMO.

  • Run weeklyand Sprint-based Scrum sessions with theGlobal Change Managementand U.S. Project teams toplan, track, andoptimizedelivery.

  • Support theU.S. Project team and Zone PMO on change management-related updates for Executive governances andSteerCos

  • Tools & Platforms: SAP S/4HANA & ECC,Excel,PowerPoint,Braze,Azure DevOps

Communications & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Own theCommunications plan,partnering with U.S. Project and Business teamsto develop anddelivertargeted messagingtoexecutives, managers, and frontline employeesacross each program phase via mostrelevantchannels

  • Build and manage asponsorandchange agentnetworkto reinforce messaging and surfacefrontlinefeedback.

Training & Enablement

  • Partner with Global Aurora Change Management andU.S. Project teamtobuild arole-based training curricula, ensuring end userscanoperatein S/4HANA at go-live.

  • Map training curriculum tojob profiles to ensurethattheend users are assigned to the righttraining.

  • Define and track adoption and readiness metrics, includingtraining completion, sentiment, and usage or proficiency signals, across sites and business functions.

Ambassador / Super User Program

  • Design a Super User / Change Ambassador program, recruitingand activating local champions to drive peer-level adoption and provide first-line support after go-live.

  • Execute the Ambassadors’ journey

Pre-Go-Live Impact Mitigation

  • Help Aurora Project team andbusiness stakeholdersidentify, prioritize,and mitigate change-related business continuityrisks beforego-live, including workforce readiness gaps, roleandprocess disruptions, and site-specific concerns.

  • Lead the planning and execution of the Impacts Mitigation workshop.

  • Track and manage the mitigation actions.

Hypercare & Sustainment

  • Lead change management supportduringhypercare, coordinating with Ambassadors and site leadership to resolve adoption issues and reinforce new ways of working.

Location & Travel Expectations:

  • During U.S.build,testing,and go-live phases, the individual should expect to travel 10–20%, increasing toapproximately40-50% as the program approaches go-live and cutover activities intensify.

  • Travel will include visits to U.S. brewery and business sites to support readiness activities, Ambassador program engagement, and go-live support.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degreerequiredin Business, Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain,Communications,ora relatedfield.

  • Must be willing and able to travel acrossU.S.(4050%) during the implementation phase.

  • Proven experience leading change management for ERP implementations, SAP S/4HANA programs, or large-scale enterprise transformations.

  • Demonstrated experience building and running Ambassador/Super User networks, training enablement programs, and stakeholder communication strategies.

  • Strong ability to assess organizational readiness, process changes,and translate findings into actionable mitigation plans.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across executive, management, and frontline audiences.

  • Excellent project management, withabilityto manage multiple workstreams and adapt plans in a fast-paced transformation environment.
