Join Portfolio Delivery and Enablement Branch which is part of our Finance, Technology & Commercial Division. We’re building an authentic organisational culture where everyone feels empowered to make a real difference to tackle the challenges of tomorrow whilst leading the change effort behind one of NSW’s most significant transport technology upgrades.
Reporting to the Director, Project Change, you will lead the end to end design and delivery of change management strategy for a major, multi stream data and digital transformation, ensuring adoption, readiness and measurable benefits across Transport for NSW.
Be part of a significant program that is transforming how millions of customers plan, pay for, and experience public transport, introducing smarter ticketing, new digital capabilities, and a fully modernised network.
Shape and deliver the organisational, customer, and operational change needed to roll out new hardware, digital wallets, account‑based ticketing, and personalised mobility services across the state. Embed new ways of working aligned to enterprise change standards, bringing together shared resources and specialist capability across portfolios to land change successfully in a large, matrixed environment.
Act as a visible ambassador for change, partnering with senior executives, program leaders and delivery teams to mobilise the workforce, anticipate impacts and guide the organisation through complex transition. Provide trusted advice to stakeholders through complex technology uplift, ensure adoption of new ways of working, and help land a seamless, future‑ready travel experience for NSW.
Provide authoritative advice, insight and reporting to executive sponsors and governance forums, using data led metrics to demonstrate progress, manage risk and support informed decision making.
This is a full-time up to 20 months Fixed Term Opportunity Transport Senior Service Manager TSSM level role, offering an attractive remuneration package. The role is mainly based at Macquarie Park with some occasional work in CBD. Further contract extension may be considered subject to program needs and approval.
