As the Sr. Manager, Care Management Product you will be the product owner for the Clinical Engagement Console application. You will sit at the intersection of the Technology team and the Business to ensure we are building best-in-class digital experiences for our internal clinical colleagues that ultimately impacts our members. As an enthusiastic, self-led professional, you will leverage your passion for doing what’s right for our members to deliver the right solutions to meet business and market needs.

Key Responsibilities
Product Vision & Roadmap Ownership
Own the product vision and roadmap for CEC engagement capabilities, ensuring alignment with business priorities, clinical workflows, and engagement strategies.
Omnichannel Engagement Leadership:
Own end‑to‑end engagement experiences, ensuring consistent, coordinated, and personalized messaging across channels and touchpoints throughout the member's lifecycle in Care Management.
Stakeholder & Portfolio Alignment
Partner with business, product, analytics, and operational leaders across portfolios to drive shared prioritization, manage tradeoffs, and ensure aligned execution.
Cross‑Functional Product Leadership
Lead and influence cross‑functional teams—including engineering, UX, data science, and analytics—through discovery, delivery, and ongoing optimization of product capabilities.
Agile Product Delivery
Translate business needs and engagement strategies into well‑defined features and user stories, driving delivery within a SAFe Agile framework.
Dependency, Risk & Platform Management
Identify and proactively manage dependencies, integrations, platform constraints, and delivery risks across engagement technologies.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Define, monitor, and use KPIs to assess performance, inform decisions, and continuously improve engagement outcomes.
Market & Technology Insight
Stay current on digital engagement, CRM, and healthcare technology trends to inform product strategy and innovation.
Execution Mindset:
Ability to work independently with a strong “get‑it‑done” mindset in a fast‑paced, highly matrixed environment.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product management; healthcare, digital health, or regulated industry experience preferred
5+ years of experience defining product strategies and managing complex roadmaps
5+ years of experience working in Agile / SAFe environments and leading cross‑functional teams
Salesforce Associate certification is required; however, candidates with relevant experience may be considered, with the commit to obtaining within 90 days of hire
Strong communication and business acumen, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and bridge technical and non‑technical audiences
Proven experience leading complex initiatives across multiple cross‑functional teams
Ability to synthesize input from multiple sources into clear, cohesive direction
Ability to balance long‑term vision with near‑term delivery needs
Strong time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously
Comfortable with ambiguity, change, and evolving requirements
Highly organized and detail‑oriented
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to work collaboratively in a highly matrixed environment
Ability to work east coast business hours
Salesforce Admin certification
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$130,295.00 - $260,590.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
