About the Role:
The Sr. Manager, Campaign Marketing leads eSentire's outbound growth marketing campaigns, owns our Tier 1 event strategy targeting security decision-maker prospects, and directs the programs that drive expansion revenue and customer retention. This role manages the Customer Marketing Manager and Growth Marketing Program Specialist, and also supports international campaigns and integrated channel partner marketing.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the campaign marketing team, including the Customer Marketing Manager and Growth Marketing Program Specialist, setting goals, coaching performance, and developing their careers.
• Own the budgeting, planning, and execution of integrated campaigns, including virtual summits, third-party webinars, bespoke reports, and industry surveys built around topics that resonate with and engage prospects matching eSentire's ideal customer profile.
• Have end-to-end ownership of eSentire's strategy and execution for its presence at Tier 1 events in North America.
• Direct the customer marketing and advocacy strategy, executed through the Customer Marketing Manager, with a mission to build a community of fanatic brand advocates.
• Partner with sales and marketing leadership to grow customer advocacy (referrals, testimonials, references), identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and increase loyalty and retention.
• Guide creative marketing and communications efforts that engage and motivate customer advocates.
• Act as a senior liaison between customers and the rest of the organization on retention and expansion messaging.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and operations to deliver an excellent customer experience and hit pipeline and revenue goals.
• Support international teams by directing integrated campaigns in UKI and Rest of World (ROW).
• Support the channel team’s campaign needs by partnering with the channel team and key channel partners.

Requirements:
• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 2+ years directly managing or leading marketing team members.
• Proven track record building and executing integrated demand generation campaigns (virtual events, webinars, content syndication, industry reports) that generate qualified pipeline.
• Experience owning event strategy and execution for major (Tier 1) industry events, including budget management and post-event ROI reporting.
• Background in customer marketing, advocacy, or retention/expansion programs, building reference, testimonial, and referral programs that support cross-sell and upsell motions.
• Experience marketing to security, IT, or other technical B2B buyers is strongly preferred; cybersecurity or SaaS industry experience is a plus.
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent campaigns and stakeholders, including international teams (UKI/ROW) and channel partners.
• Hands-on proficiency with marketing automation and campaign tools (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce, or similar platforms) and campaign performance reporting.
• Strong collaborator who works effectively across sales, marketing, and channel teams, with the judgment to operate independently against shared business goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting campaign strategy and results to senior stakeholders.

Work Location
If the successful candidate is located within 50 km of our Waterloo, Ontario office, this role will follow a hybrid schedule: work from home on Mondays and Fridays, and work onsite Tuesday through Thursday. Candidates residing more than 50 km from the office will work fully remote.

Compensation Range
The expected base salary range for this role is $140,000-$150,000 CAD. This range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. Actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and internal equity.
