Job Overview

The Senior Manager – Business Transformation will lead digital transformation initiatives, enterprise application management, and business process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency and support strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation.
• Translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
• Oversee SAP and non-SAP enterprise applications, including implementation, upgrades, testing, and support.
• Manage system integration, user adoption, and change management.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, consultants, and technology partners.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity, data protection, and organizational policies.
• Monitor project performance and prepare progress reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in business transformation and enterprise application management.
• Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives and implementing enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with SAP modules such as SD, EWM, LE, MM, FICO, or PP/QM, including SAP rollouts.
• Knowledge of non-SAP applications, including Salesforce and HR systems, and their integration with SAP.
• Strong business analysis, process optimization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of business intelligence, reporting, automation, and change management is an added advantage.
