NASCAR is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Business Systems to:

  • Help shape the strategy and adoption of enterprise business systems that support critical operations across the organization.
  • Lead the administration, governance, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the KORE Intelligence Platform.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration by translating business needs into scalable technology solutions and streamlined processes.
  • Create a more connected, data-driven environment that improves decision-making, operational efficiency, and business performance.
  • Advance NASCAR's long-term technology capabilities through platform innovation, integration, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Own the business and operational strategy for Dynamics 365, partnering with the existing Dynamics System Administrator on configuration and maintenance.
  • Serve as the dedicated system administrator for the KORE Intelligence Platform, overseeing configuration, security roles, user management, and day-to-day maintenance.
  • Support the implementation, launch, and long-term optimization of Dynamics 365 and KORE Intelligence.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Competition, Partnerships, and Commercial teams to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and KORE Intelligence, ensuring sponsorship, partnership, and asset data remains accurate and synchronized.
  • Lead data migration planning, imports, validation efforts, and data governance initiatives.
  • Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support across both platforms.
  • Drive governance, security, compliance, and best practices for system administration and usage.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar enterprise CRM, preferably in a business process or operations-focused role.
  • Hands-on administration experience with the KORE Intelligence Platform or a comparable sponsorship and asset management system.
  • Experience supporting enterprise system implementations and collaborating with technical administrators or implementation partners.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience establishing governance, security, and data management best practices.
  • Microsoft certifications such as Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Dynamics 365 Administrator preferred.
  • Experience with Tableau or Power BI reporting and analytics preferred.
  • Experience working in professional sports, sports organizations, or live event-driven environments preferred.
