This position is part of the Business Process Excellence team under GCAM division. The Senior Manager, Business Process Owner (BPO) is responsible for the overall success and strategic alignment of the end-to-end business processes for their assigned Divisions, ensuring they are aligned with organizational goals and objectives, deliver value, and are optimized for efficiency. The focus of this role is on medium to high complexity cross-functional process improvement initiatives, process governance and ownership and take an outside-in objective approach in the way current processes are being done.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Process Transformation Strategy
Define and drive business process transformation strategy and roadmap for respective Division, jointly with Head of Business Process Excellence and Divisions leaders.
Identify opportunities for automation initiatives and champion process integration to enhance operational efficiency in medium to high complexity projects
Lead end to end transversal business process transformation project initiatives for respective assigned Divisions
Support Head of Business Process Excellence in project milestones updates to Executive and SteerCo
Process Governance and Ownership
Define and implement a robust global business process governance framework, including clear process ownership, roles, and responsibilities
Owns the completeness and accuracy of process repository and documentation for assigned Division
Initiate regular business process reviews of assigned Division to ensure relevance to business changes and sync up with digital/systems capabilities
Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track their effectiveness.
Stakeholders and Change Management
Act as the champion change agent to push boundaries and influence the organization to rethink and optimise how work are done
Coaching and Guidance
Act as mentor and subject matter expert to Deputy Manager BPO and Regional BPM in respective business process domains
Guidance to Deputy Manager BPO in the team in the event of project road blocks, stakeholders buy-in
