The Impact You Will Make
​​​​ Reporting to the Director of Client Program Management, the Senior Manager of Business Management will own and manage the annual revenue targets defined in the AOP. You will serve as the commercial representative for existing latestage customers with approved commercial products to the St. Louis Leadership Team.

Role Responsibilities
Deliver the annual commercial product forecast and revenue targets for the St. Louis (STL) site within the Injectables Business Unit. Generate, maintain, and report revenue forecasts and budget performance, with emphasis on existing latestage customers. Coordinate St. Louis technical capabilities and manufacturing capacity with Pricing, Costing, Proposals, New Product Evaluation, and Statements of Work (SOWs) for existing contracts.

Basic Qualifications
• ​​ BSc/MSc in Chemical/Biological Processing, Molecular Biology, Biology, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in drug product, bioprocessing or pharmaceutical industry.
• Background in the pharma CDMO sector, service industry, or sciencebased industries focused on biologics and/or small molecules.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or exposure to BD-related activities.
• Proven track record of excellence in customer-facing roles.
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, outsourcing models, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Proficiency with Smartsheet and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Project).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong leadership capabilities, including conflict resolution.
• Deep understanding of business strategy, functional operations, and organizational goals.
• Demonstrated ability to balance competing goals and priorities.
• Strong decision-making skills and experience driving organizational change.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience of collaborating with senior-level internal and external executives.
• Effective partnership with Sales and ability to work across Business Units.
• Strong financial and technical business acumen.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently on complex assignments.
• Strong project ownership mindset with a positive, results-driven attitude.
• Ability to meet and manage critical timelines.
• Outstanding written and oral communication abilities with confidence to influence and persuade.
• Fluency in English required.
