What’s the role?
The Senior Manager, Business Lending is responsible for shaping and managing the strategic transformation pipeline and multi‑year roadmap across the business. This role drives prioritisation, investment decisions and delivery sequencing to ensure initiatives align to strategic objectives and deliver measurable value. You will oversee business case development and track benefits realisation, while providing executive‑level insights and reporting. Working closely with senior stakeholders across business, product, finance and technology, you will play a key role in embedding disciplined planning practices, improving decision‑making and strengthening the organisation’s ability to deliver complex transformation outcomes.
What do I need?
- Experience in strategy, portfolio management, transformation or PMO within a complex or enterprise environment
- Proven ability to develop and manage multi‑year roadmaps, including prioritisation and investment decision support
- Strong experience building and evaluating business cases and tracking benefits realisation outcomes
- Demonstrated experience in reporting and delivering insights to senior leadership forums
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across business, product, finance and technology teams
