What we offer:
• A 24‑week structured program with hands‑on experience and dedicated support
• A collaborative cohort model with peers who share similar experiences
• People leaders trained to support flexibility and work‑life balance
Join us at Westpac and take the next step in your tech career. Let’s EmPOWERUP together.
What’s the role?
The Senior Manager – Business Enablement is a pivotal role that enables effective execution across a fast-paced, multi-priority environment. The role applies deep experience in change management, communications and governance to connect strategy to delivery, providing clarity, structure and momentum while minimising effort and complexity for teams.
The role supports effective agile delivery by helping shape work into clear initiatives, work packages and sprint-aligned priorities, enabling teams to maintain focus, momentum and transparency while delivering meaningful outcomes.
The role also builds a strong understanding of work in flight and outcomes being delivered, identifying opportunities to add value and uplift clarity, prioritisation and transparency throughout execution. As a self-starter and member of the Extended Technology Business Controls and Monitoring Leadership Team, this role brings a strong end-to-end perspective, independently prioritising work, anticipating needs and implementing a connected operating model across strategy, delivery and adoption that enables high-impact outcomes using a “less is more” approach.
Please note, this is a Sydney‑based role. Candidates should have a technology background, ideally within risk technology, experience operating at GM level within leadership teams, and a mix of project management and change expertise. The role requires experience working across multiple initiatives simultaneously and the ability to effectively multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
