•Support the project planning and management of the Market Registration database implementation
•Manage the workstream project plans and weekly status reporting
•Supervise and guide the two more junior/mid-level resources, ensuring issues are escalated in a timely manner and tasks remain on track
•Coordinate with key stakeholders across Operations, Tech, Data and third-parties to ensure CAS aligns to the overall program objectives and milestones
•Support the definition and management of interim v target operating models
•Ensure the Aladdin migrations are controlled, accounts are set-up correctly, data is accurate and the transition to BAU is well managed
•Ensure activities transitioned into CAS from CRM and third-party vendors are clearly defined and documented, the CAS team is appropriately trained and the transition is orderly and well-managed
•Ensure the data model for Account Master (CDP) and Aladdin is defined, documented and embedded in BAU processes

Preferred: •Strong project management skills with experience of working on both Agile and waterfall projects •Change management experience / target operating model design•Effective at issue escalation and management, facilitating consensus and managing conflicting priorities•Understanding of account hierarchy and structures (preferably within an asset management environment) •Able to communicate to stakeholders at a senior level•Comfortable hosting/leading meetings and workshops Useful:•Salesforce UI / account structure exposure•Aladdin Toolkit & ADAM (portfolio creation and management)•Data analysis, data governance or system migration experience
