Berry Street Yooralla is seeking an experienced and values-driven Senior Manager, Bridges to lead the strategic direction, growth and sustainability of our Bridges portfolio. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing service delivery, driving innovation in disability-informed practice, and strengthening partnerships across child and family services, health, education and government sectors.
The Bridges Program is a specialist, community - based allied health initiative that supports children with disabilities and complex needs alongside their families and carers. You will play a key role in positioning Berry Street Yooralla as a leader in integrated, disability-informed practice, improving outcomes for children, young people and families.
