Job Description


  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract foot fall and generate revenue in the property

  • Strategize and implement campaigns aimed at audiences to drive visitation considering upselling and cross
    selling efforts with the respective business units

  • With the Brand Marketing Director’s guidance, develop strong go-to-market strategies for Brand campaigns

  • Strategize with entertainment, digital, OOH, and PR to create noise and visibility among the target market

  • Identify and assess strategic external partnerships to drive footfall and Solaire Rewards sign-ups (i.e. brand
    led retail partnerships, etc.)

  • Track footfall versus revenue, identify insights and deploy actionable strategies and pivot plans with the Brand
    Marketing Director

  • Leverage on existing promotions and strategize efforts to encourage membership sign-ups

  • Serving as a strategic partner among the business units, providing data, insights, and marketing
    recommendations for brand resort tactical and thematic efforts

  • Work closely with the different Business Units, as well as within the B&M verticals (Digital, Marketing Services,
    PR and Entertainment) to strategize on effective brand marketing efforts and increasing Solaire Rewards sign
    ups MOM

  • Use data analytics to profile potential customers and identify high-opportunity segments (lookalikes and
    propensity modeling)

  • Measure the effectiveness of campaigns through visitation, sign-up rates, revenue generated and ROAS

  • Optimize strategies based on performance and market response


Requirements


  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and use it to create compelling marketing initiatives
    and develop products.

  • Strong decision making and critical problem solving skills.

  • Must be results and solutions oriented.

  • Excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Should be able to train and groom direct reports to become strategic and
    efficient.

  • Must posses a keen eye for detail, with the ability to evaluate and implement creative ideas that align with Solaire’s
    brand's identity and marketing and business objectives.

  • Knowledge in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, and acquisition marketing experience is a plus.

  • Proficient in marketing platforms, and other relevant tools and technologies.

  • Efficient project management skills
