Role Purpose
The Senior Manager, Brand Management – Poland & Baltics plays a key role in delivering high-qualitybrand activation and commercializationacross allCoca ColaCompany brands in the PL & Baltics cluster.As abrand agnosticSenior Manager, this roleis responsible forlocalizing and implementing centrally developed brand strategies, campaigns, toolkits, and innovationto ensure strong consumer relevance and commercial performance in each market.
This position requires a strong operator who can translate insights into activation plans, managecross functionalworkflows, collaborate deeply with CCH bottler teams, and ensure that brand activity across Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia is executed with excellence, consistency, and speed.
Operating without central executional support, the Senior Manager must navigate complexity across different markets, channels, and consumer behaviors, all while ensuring alignment with central brand direction and local commercial priorities.

Brand Execution & Local Activation
Adapt centrally developed brand strategies, creative assets, IMX toolkits, and innovation into market relevantactivation plansfor Poland & Baltics.
Execute brand campaigns across digital, social, experiential, shopper, and instore environments.
Ensure all brand touchpoints are delivered with consistency, quality, and compliance to brand VIS and governance.
Portfolio & Market Localization
Support the Director in translating global/OU brand frameworks into actionable local activation calendars.
Tailor messaging, content, and claims to local consumer insights and cultural nuances.
Ensure alignment with bottler execution capabilities and customer channel dynamics across PL & Baltics.
Innovation Activation
Lead local readiness and launch execution for centrally developed innovation across categories (CCTM, SparklingFlavors, Stills, Hydration, ARTD).
Coordinatecross functionalpreparation—including packaging, supply chain, RGM, shopper, and customer activation.
Track postlaunch performance and share learnings with central and local teams.
Cross FunctionalCollaboration
Work closely with the local network
Ensure brand plans support commercial priorities and are executable in all markets.
Performance Monitoring & Analytics
Monitor brand performance KPIs (volume, NR, GP, share, brand health, distribution, media KPIs).
Conductpost activationevaluations and recommend improvements for future cycles.
Support preparation of business reviews,step backs, and performance routines for the cluster.
Agency & Partner Management
Manage daily interaction with creative, digital, shopper, and activation agencies.
Provide clear briefs and feedback to ensure asset adaptations and executions meetobjectives
Ensuretimelydelivery of materials across PL & Baltics.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
6–8 yearsof experience in brand management, consumer marketing, or FMCG.
Experience working with centrally developed campaigns and innovation,localizingand tailoring for market relevance.
Strong understanding of brand building, consumer behavior, and multichannel activation.
Proven collaboration skills with bottlers, commercial teams, agencies, andcross functionalpartners.
Strong analytical and strategic execution capabilities; ability to interpret insights and performance data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence stakeholders across multiple markets.
Ability to manage multiple projects in afast-paced, dynamic environment.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and navigating different market needs.
Fluent in English; Polish and/or a Baltic language is an advantage.
Base Salary:227000 PLNto359000 PLN
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:15%
Annual incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role,indicatingperformance at target.
