Job Description
Rejuvenation is seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Creative — Site & Retail to lead the creative direction and visual expression of the Rejuvenation brand across key customer touchpoints. Reporting to the VP of Ecommerce & Marketing, this role is responsible for defining and elevating how the brand shows up visually — from seasonal campaigns and brand storytelling to site experiences, homepage creative, retail signage, and in-store marketing content.
This leader will guide the brand’s creative look, feel, and storytelling approach, ensuring every customer-facing experience reflects Rejuvenation’s premium aesthetic, design point of view, and commercial priorities. The role oversees creative direction and execution for Rejuvenation.com, including homepage design and onsite campaign storytelling, while also shaping retail marketing materials such as product tags, store signage, promotional messaging, and customer-facing in-store content.
This role also provides creative project management leadership, ensuring priorities are clearly scoped, timelines are managed, feedback is consolidated, and creative work moves efficiently from concept through execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop seasonal campaign creative concepts and storytelling moments that support brand awareness, engagement, and conversion
- Lead creative direction for the Rejuvenation brand across site, seasonal campaigns, retail signage, and in-store marketing content
- Design and execute Rejuvenation homepage creative, translating brand, campaign, and merchandising priorities into elevated, commercially effective customer experiences
- Oversee site creative across key landing pages, brand moments, category storytelling, promotional experiences, and seasonal refreshes
- Guide creative for retail signage and in-store marketing content, including marketing signage, promotional materials, and customer-facing store communications
- Ensure creative consistency across digital and retail environments, creating a cohesive customer experience from site to store
- Partner with photo production and content teams to shape campaign imagery, asset needs, visual storytelling, and brand presentation
- Translate marketing, merchandising, and ecommerce priorities into elevated, commercially effective creative
- Partner with photo production and content teams to shape visual storytelling, image needs, and campaign asset direction
- Use customer insights, site performance, engagement metrics, and business results to inform creative decisions and optimize future work
- Manage creative project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across homepage, site, campaign, and retail signage initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to clarify briefs, align on priorities, manage feedback rounds, and ensure work is delivered on time
- Create structure around the creative process, including intake, prioritization, workflow management, review cycles, and final asset handoff
- Maintain high standards for typography, layout, photography usage, messaging hierarchy, and overall brand presentation
- Evolve creative systems, templates, and workflows that improve consistency, efficiency, and quality
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, collaboration, and high standards
- Provide clear creative direction, actionable feedback, and thoughtful prioritization across projects
- Manage team workload, resource planning, timelines, and day-to-day creative execution across site, campaign, and retail needs
- Balance creative leadership with strong project management discipline, ensuring the team is focused, organized, and able to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Create a team environment rooted in strong taste, customer-first thinking, commercial awareness, and operational excellence
- Partner closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, Site Merchandising, Site Operations, Retail, Photo Studio, and Content teams
- Collaborate with retail partners to ensure in-store signage and marketing materials are clear, elevated, brand-right, and operationally executable
- Work with ecommerce and analytics partners to evaluate creative performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion
- Partner with channel owners to ensure seasonal campaign direction translates cohesively across email, social, paid media, site, and retail, while not directly owning execution for all channels
- Support seasonal planning and launch processes through strong organization, communication, and creative leadership
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, collaboration, and high standards
- Provide clear creative direction, actionable feedback, and thoughtful prioritization across projects
- Manage team workload, resource planning, timelines, and day-to-day creative execution across site, campaign, and retail needs

- Partner closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, Site Merchandising, Site Operations, Retail, Photo Studio, and Content teams

Required skills and qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in creative design, art direction, brand creative, or digital retail creative
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing designers or creative teams
- Strong portfolio demonstrating elevated brand design, ecommerce creative, campaign storytelling, and retail or environmental marketing work
- Experience in ecommerce, retail, home, interiors, luxury, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of homepage design, onsite storytelling, digital merchandising, and customer shopping behavior
- Experience developing retail signage, in-store marketing, product messaging, or customer-facing store materials
- Strong project management skills, including timeline management, creative workflow oversight, feedback consolidation, and cross-functional coordination
- Strong command of typography, layout, photography direction, visual hierarchy, and brand systems
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience partnering with photo production, content, merchandising, and marketing teams
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to move quickly while maintaining elevated creative standards
