We are seeking a Brand and Creative Senior Manager to join our Central Services team, which supports the firm across all regions. The person in this role will be responsible for ensuring the firm’s brand is clearly defined, consistently applied and effectively delivered across regions and channels. The remit reflects the increasing strategic importance of our digital presence, our reputation in the legal marketplace, and our ability to provide consistent, high‑quality support to our regional teams.

The role

The Brand and Creative Senior Manager, provides global stewardship of the firm’s brand identity, visual standards and governance. The role maintains the global brand system, ensuring consistent and high-quality application across channels by working with regional teams to provide clear tools, templates and guidance that enable the firm to apply the brand confidently and consistently.

In addition, the role leads the design and delivery of centrally produced global communications ensuring high design quality and strong brand alignment across global outputs.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, Central Services, this is a senior manager level role centered on collaboration, coordination and enablement across regions and shared services, including oversight of the firm’s GSC marketing services to ensure consistent delivery, quality and performance.


Key responsibilities

  • Steward the firm’s global brand system, including visual identity, templates and guidance, supporting consistent, high-quality application across channels and formats.
  • Manage and optimize brand tools and platforms (including the DAM and workflow tools), supporting adoption and correct use through guidance and enablement.
  • Support regional activation while promoting strong central–regional alignment.
  • Provide advice and guidance on design quality, visual hierarchy and appropriate brand application across outputs.
  • Support effective application of brand across digital channels, including consideration of SEO, GEO, content structure and performance.
  • Lead the design and delivery of centrally‑produced global communications ensuring high design quality and strong brand alignment across global outputs.
  • Act as a central point of support for brand‑related queries and edge cases, helping to identify issues early and support appropriate resolution with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain and evolve the firm’s brand guidance, tools and assets in partnership with regional teams and relevant stakeholders as required, ensuring they remain current and easy to apply.
  • Lead the design, development and rollout of templates across key platforms (including Microsoft Office), supporting consistent application of the firm’s brand.
  • Oversee delivery of GSC marketing services in Manila, ensuring clear briefs and priorities, adherence to agreed requirements, SLAs and quality expectations, and maintaining reporting, training and continuous service improvement.

Skills and experience required

  • Significant experience in brand management and design leadership (10+ years) within a complex, global organization (law firm or professional services environment preferred).
  • Proven experience working within brand governance models at scale, balancing global consistency with regional flexibility.
  • Strong understanding of brand systems, visual identity and communications design, with a good eye for layout, hierarchy and clarity.
  • Experience managing brand tools and platforms (including DAMs), ensuring effective adoption and use across teams.
  • Advanced proficiency across the full Adobe Creative Suite, with strong command of content production, digital experience and workflow platforms (including Riverside FM, Mediasterling, Ceros and Adobe Workfront).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, with experience leading the design and rollout of templates to support consistent outputs across the firm, and confident working across broader technology stacks, with the ability to quickly adopt and apply new tools.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, SEO and GEO.
  • Collaborative, enabling style with a strong client service focus and ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Delivers high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities with sound judgement.
  • Experience managing and developing creative professionals.
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands‑on levels.
  • Demonstrates an AI-aware mindset, identifying opportunities to leverage emerging tools and technologies to improve efficiency, scale content production and enhance ways of working.
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and a mindset of continuous learning.

Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The full time base annual salary for this position in the New York City market is expected to range between $150,000 and $195,000. This range represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting for a position in New York City. Salaries in other markets will vary depending on market data. Bonus opportunities are non-guaranteed and are dependent upon individual and firm performance.
