Job Description

Domain Expertise

• Proven experience in handling Property, Fire, Marine, and Miscellaneous claims
• In-depth understanding of policy coverages and exclusions
• Prior exposure to scrutiny of claim documents before submission to surveyors/insurers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers, insurers, and surveyors
• Soft-spoken and able to maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual surveyors
• Skilled in coordinating claims from intimation to final settlement, including site visits

Operational & Coordination Skills Proficiency

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; strong drafting ability
• Capable of maintaining claim data in internal systems for records and regulatory compliance
• Preparation and sharing of periodic MIS reports with internal teams and clients while maintaining the timelines
• Willingness to visit insurers, surveyors, and customers as needed
• Ensure effective communication and resolution during all claim stages

Experience & Education

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Property, Marine & Fire claims
• Strong educational background in insurance or related field
