YOUR PASSION FOR EXCELLENCE STARTS HERE!!
1. Program Strategy, Portfolio & Governance
Collaborate with automation leadership globally to define and maintain an aligned global automation and AI program strategy and multi-year roadmap — ensuring continuous improvement and innovation are built into the foundation, not treated as separate tracks.
Own the translation of the global strategy into a regional execution plan, defining how the program will be delivered, resourced, and sequenced within their geography in alignment with client demand, ROI, and platform leverage.
Run the regional program with consistent governance, quality standards, and operating cadence — including roadmap reviews, pipeline councils, QBRs, and innovation prioritization — and represent the regional program in executive forums and steering committees.
Continuously evaluate regional execution against the global strategy, surfacing insights, blockers, and improvement opportunities back into the global program to drive iterative alignment..
2. Delivery Execution & Client Outcomes
Own the regional automation delivery portfolio — accountable for planning, execution, and performance against SLAs and KPIs, ensuring on-time, on-budget, on-scope delivery outcomes for client-facing engagements.
Lead solution discovery, AI-enabled workflow design, and innovation and API solution architecture across concurrent automation and AI projects, driving prioritization, sprint management, dependency management, and risk escalation within the region.
Collaborate with automation leaders globally on actionable requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, technical specifications) and ensure strong UAT and go-live readiness across regional and shared client engagements.
Drive measurable client outcomes through AI-enabled solutions — quantified savings, cycle-time reduction, accuracy improvements — and contribute to documented success stories that support the global program narrative.
3. Innovation, Platform & AI Orchestration
Lead the AI and automation innovation function to scout, prototype, and harden emerging AI/agentic/automation capabilities into deployable solutions.
Define AI orchestration architecture (agents/LLMs/automation tools) across end-to-end insurance workflows and standardize integration patterns.
Drive rapid experimentation cycles (prototype → pilot → productization) and manage handoff into delivery within defined time horizons.
Partner with VP AI, FDEs, and AI Product Factory (Flow) on platform roadmap, build-vs-buy decisions, and retirement/migration of legacy tooling.
Share innovation outcomes, reusable assets, and emerging capability insights with the global automation program to accelerate adoption across geographies.
4. Human-AI Operations, Quality, Risk & Governance
Design and operate a hybrid human‑AI delivery model where AI handles routine processing and humans supervise exceptions and judgment-intensive work.
Implement confidence-tiered verification and “human-in-the-loop” protocols; manage the audit cost ratio and reduce verification cost through graduated trust models.
Establish production monitoring for AI solutions (accuracy, exception rates, confidence distribution, stability) and drive continuous improvement.
Own AI governance requirements (auditability, explainability, bias monitoring, privacy, regulatory compliance) and ensure adherence to ISMS/security policies.
5. People Leadership & Workforce Transformation
Own people leadership for the regional automation team — managing Managers through engineers, maintaining clear accountability, consistent operating rhythms, and a high-performance culture within the region.
Drive org health and bench strength through performance management, hiring, career development, and succession planning — holding the same leadership standard expected of all Senior Managers within the global automation program.
Lead regional workforce transformation by upskilling automation talent into AI-literate roles (agent supervision, exception handling, agentic workflow design, applied AI delivery) and supporting future role evolution and career path development.
Collaborate with automation leadership globally to promote consistent people leadership standards, operating rhythms, and AI capability development across geographies.
Protect and scale program IP — reusable components, playbooks, frameworks, and documented innovations — as a long-term competitive advantage for the global automation program.
