Cranfill Sumner, a nationally respected law firm, has engaged Calibrate to recruit a Senior Manager, Attorney Recruiting & Professional Development to shape how the firm attracts, develops, and supports its attorneys. This strategic, hands-on leader will work closely with firm leadership to bring structure, consistency, and care to recruiting, onboarding, and professional growth - strengthening the attorney experience and advancing the firm’s collaborative, client-focused culture.
The role in action:
Lead attorney recruiting for lateral and entry-level hiring
Translate firm priorities into practical recruiting and development initiatives
We are seeking candidates who:
Possess 7–10+ years of experience in attorney recruiting, legal talent management, or professional services recruiting
Demonstratesuccess with lateral hiring, entry-level hiring, OCI, and Summer Associate Programs
Bring the ability to build structured processes and operate independently in a lean environment
Exhibit excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills
