Senior Manager / Associate Director, Fund Administration

As a Senior Manager / Associate Director, Fund Administration, you will lead a client-facing team in Jersey and own senior relationships across a portfolio of high-profile Private Equity clients. You will help ensure consistent service excellence, strong risk and regulatory outcomes, and sustainable growth across the Jersey Fund Services business.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of fund administration services for a portfolio of Private Equity clients, ensuring agreed service standards, quality, and deadlines are met
  • Own senior client relationships, including proactive planning, issue resolution, and identifying opportunities to deepen CSC’s service offering (cross-sell)
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for a client-facing administration team, aligned to CSC values and business plan objectives
  • Act as a director and/or alternate director of client companies administered by CSC (and where required, CSC operating companies), including preparation for and participation in board meetings and client governance forums
  • Oversee operational and financial performance for your portfolio/team, including profitability, budgets, and management information to track performance against objectives
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts (e.g., compliance, risk, onboarding, investor services) to deliver consistent, compliant outcomes across the client lifecycle
  • Contribute to the development and embedding of risk management, regulatory, and compliance policies and procedures, supporting strong outcomes in the Jersey regulatory environment (JFSC)
  • Support jurisdictional growth goals through retention and development of existing relationships and by contributing to business development activity within Private Equity fund administration

Required Qualifications

  • JFSC Category A employee holding a Table 4 qualification (or ability to meet/maintain applicable JFSC requirements for the role)
  • Proven leadership experience within fund administration, fiduciary, or Private Equity administration in Jersey/Channel Islands at Senior Manager level or above
  • Strong working knowledge of the Channel Islands regulatory environment relating to Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs)
  • Demonstrated experience managing senior client relationships and delivering high-quality client service in a regulated environment
  • Experience chairing or contributing to governance forums (e.g., client meetings/board meetings) and making sound, risk-aware decisions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate others
  • Ability to manage priorities across client delivery, risk/compliance requirements, and commercial targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience acting as a director/alternate director across Private Equity fund structures and associated fiduciary products
  • Broad understanding of CSC’s global fiduciary and fund services product offering, and how to apply it to client needs
  • Experience contributing to commercial performance (e.g., forecasting, resourcing, margin management, or productivity initiatives)
  • Evidence of supporting cross-selling and/or organic growth within an existing client portfolio
  • Professional qualification (or progress toward one) relevant to funds, governance, accountancy, or fiduciary services
