In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering the governance, development, continual improvement and assurance of Transport for NSW’s Asset Management Policy and Framework, this role will see you lead the sustainment, deployment and uplift of Transport’s asset management systems, frameworks and capability, ensuring alignment with ISO 55001, NSW Treasury requirements, and whole of life asset management best practice.
As the Senior Manager you will drive enterprise wide consistency, efficiency, capability uplift and compliance within a large, complex, multi modal transport environment undergoing significant transformation.

About you
Your expert stakeholder, governance and asset management capabilities, formed across asset intensive organisations, engineering environments, government infrastructure programs or complex service delivery systems, will see you excel in coordinating enterprise frameworks, overcoming integration challenges across diverse asset types, and embedding robust processes to deliver improved assurance outcomes, stronger decision making frameworks and uplifted organisational capability.
You're recognised as a strategic thinker and influential leader, skilled at collaboration, negotiation and driving whole of life asset management improvements, and experienced in policy assurance, audit and certification oversight, lifecycle planning, capability uplift, and leading multidisciplinary teams within complex organisational settings.
