Job Description

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead business analysis for new requirements / business process optimization. This may include ideas and concepts which are still in the evaluation and/or approval process. Also convey highly complex ideas, issues and designs to the relevant ITS delivery teams and external partners to facilitate the successful execution of the business requirements.

- Collaborate with IT Delivery teams to ensure release plans are prioritized according to the product strategy.

- Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP Concur Travel and Expense application.

- Be actively involved in the solution implementation to ensure that solutions are accurately scoped and delivered in line with business partner expectations.

- Define and drive SAP Concur & S/4 HANA integration design and implementation, ensuring architectural alignment, data integrity, and scalable solutions.

- Design workflows specific to business process outcomes and understand how to develop and integrate a proposed solution with the existing business and technical environment.

- Develop and execute architectural strategies for design and implementation, create and document solution designs, and work with other solution delivery leads to identify options, impacts and recommendations.

- Work with development, infrastructure, test, and production support teams to ensure proper implementation and operability of solutions.

- Prepare, review and sign-off on functional and technical designs.

- Interacts with System Integrators (SI), 3rd party vendors, SaaS partners to identify, evaluate and enable new technology products for the platform.

- Provide project management, business analysis and technical analysis for non-ERP applications within Travel, Meeting and Card domain.

- Actively communicate and collaborate with the functional leads, Program managers, and/or business leads of assigned areas, to support the business needs of the company.

- Ensure that assigned work is planned and coordinated across functional areas with other functional area leads and that any assigned consultants are working efficiently.

EDUCATION AND REQUIRED CREDENTIALS:

- Bachelor’s Degree (Finance/Accounting or equivalent); Advanced Degree desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

- 8+ years’ related experience with SAP S/4 Hana, Sap Concur, SAP Finance, Tax & Procurement modules.

- Hands-on experience in supporting the business with troubleshooting issues; deep knowledge of product configuration

- Extensive experience with technical issues in large environments with complex financial supply chain flows & multi-tiered applications

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management through diplomacy and tact

- Excellent oral and written communication skills for interaction with personnel both within and outside the company and at all levels including ability to effectively communicate with sometimes demanding clients

- Proven applications and technical knowledge, including relevant hardware and software systems of large-scale enterprise systems

- Proven leadership, organizational, and planning skills

- Application management and development expertise

- An ability to negotiate vendor product features, functions, and schedules, on behalf of the company

- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

- Approaches all new challenges and requirements from a process and operational efficiency mindset
