In this role, you'll:

You’ll be responsible for developing the overarching commercial revenue strategy that defines the opportunities and approach for new and existing revenue uplift across the Commercial Revenue team.

You’ll develop and implement the ancillary revenue strategy and narrative to drive revenue uplift across the ancillary portfolio and be responsible for maximising revenue from ancillary products and services or streams beyond the current core offerings managed by Commercial Revenue.

A strong negotiator, you will lead revenue contract negotiations across various areas of the team whilst providing support and expertise to your peers. You will identify and cultivate strategic partnerships or alliances to drive revenue growth across your portfolio.

This permanent position is located at the Elizabeth Street office in Sydney CBD. The role is governed by our hybrid working model, which forms part of the organisation’s Flexible Working Arrangements and associated procedures. This includes a combination of required onsite attendance at the Elizabeth Street office and approved remote working.

About you

Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics or a related discipline or relevant experience, you’ll have extensive experience in developing and delivering commercial or ancillary revenue strategies in large, complex organisations.

You’ll have proven expertise in stakeholder engagement, contract negotiation, and partnership development to drive revenue growth combined with strong analytical and financial acumen, with demonstrated ability to leverage data and insights to inform strategic decision-making.

You’ll have experience developing and maintaining strong collaborative working relationships to meet stakeholders’ expectations.

You’re a self-starter, know how to build strong relationships, collaborate and communicate effectively to drive outcomes.

You act with integrity and professionalism and are committed to contributing to the future of NSW.
