GENERAL DESCRIPTION :
Lead the delivery of analytics initiatives and manage enterprise reporting, data governance and advanced analytics capabilities to support business and clinical decision-making across KPJ.
Analytics Delivery
Lead the implementation and enhancement of analytics and reporting solutions.
Manage enterprise dashboards and KPI reporting.
Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and insights.
Data Management & Governance
Drive data governance initiatives, data quality management and data standards.
Monitor data integrity, accuracy and consistency across analytics platforms.
Support data security and regulatory compliance requirements.
Advanced Analytics & Innovation
Lead the development of predictive analytics and AI initiatives.
Identify opportunities to leverage analytics to improve operational and clinical performance.
Evaluate and recommend emerging analytics technologies and solutions.
Project & Stakeholder Management
Manage analytics projects and deliverables.
Coordinate with hospitals, subsidiaries and business users on analytics requirements.
Manage vendors and third-party service providers.
People Management
Lead and develop the Analytics team.
Manage team performance, capability building and knowledge sharing.
JOB REQUIREMENT :
Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics or related disciplines.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 6 years in a managerial role.
Experience in enterprise reporting, business intelligence and analytics implementation.
Good understanding of data governance, analytics methodologies and project management.
Strong stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.
