
This position is responsible for driving enterprise-wide operational excellence through leveraging Lean Six Sigma, AI, automation, and digital innovation capabilities. The Senior AI Transformation & Process Excellence Manager is a strategic business transformation leader will report to the Sr Director, Process Excellence. This role partners with our Global Distribution Group (GDG) Executive Leadership Team, business functions, and technology teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver transformational initiatives that simplify work, improve productivity, and accelerate value creation.
This position combines process excellence, continuous improvement, AI strategy, intelligent automation, consulting and organizational change management to support enterprise transformation across multiple business units, shared services, and corporate functions.
In this role, you will serve as a strategic transformation leader, partnering across the enterprise to simplify processes, accelerate AI and automation adoption, improve organizational performance, ultimately delivering measurable business value.
Typically 10 or more years of progressive experience in process excellence, consulting, business transformation, operational excellence. Experience in AI, automation and digital transformation required. Demonstrated experience leading enterprise level transformation initiatives. Experience implementing Lean Six Sigma, automation, or AI-enabled business solutions preferred.
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent preferred. May hold two or more industry certifications.
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
Seasoned, experienced, and expert level senior professional. In-depth knowledge and full understanding of multiple disciplines and strong knowledge of other related disciplines. Assignments are broad or abstract in nature and require outstanding judgment and advanced analytical ability, evaluation, originality and ingenuity to solve. Complete understanding and wide application of principles, theories and concepts of multiple fields. Resolve a wide range of unusually complex issues and/or projects in creative and effective ways and provide unique solutions. Serve as a resource to others to resolve the most complex problems and issues. Often play a role in high-level projects that have an impact on the company’s future direction. May take on project lead role on medium-large sized projects. Contribute thought leadership to influence change and advancement of the functional area within the Company. Barriers to entry may exist at this level.
Work on significant and unusually complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Anticipate internal and/or external business trends and challenges to solve unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business; recommend process, product or service improvements. Exercise complete independent judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions; assignments are often self-initiated. Guide others in resolving the most complex issues based on existing solutions and procedures. Network with key senior internal and external personnel inside and outside own area of expertise; may create formal networks involving coordination among groups.
Determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments and work independently. Work often reviewed through consultation and agreement with others rather than formal review from superior. Operate with substantial latitude for un-reviewed action or decision. May act as a resource to formally train and mentor TSMs with less experience in a complex environment. Assignments are broad and complex in nature. May manage vendor relationships.
Typically, to advance to a new job level, TSMs must demonstrate professional behavior and should consistently be at the high-end of meets expectations or consistently exceed expectations.
The posted range for this position is $113,962- $178,067, which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
