This is a high-impact technical product leadership role at the forefront of applied AI, focused on building and scaling intelligent agent systems that automate complex customer interactions at massive scale. You will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and applied machine learning, shaping how LLMs, human-in-the-loop systems, and autonomous agents redefine a fragmented, multi-billion-dollar industry. The role involves designing and scaling production-grade AI systems that already power a large share of automated customer interactions, while pushing the boundaries of reliability, latency, and cost efficiency. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams and external AI partners to develop next-generation capabilities, including advanced LLM integrations and conversational workflows. Operating in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment, you will help define foundational AI platform standards and best practices. This is a deeply hands-on role for someone who thrives in building systems that move from prototype to production at scale.
Accountabilities
- Lead the end-to-end development and scaling of the AI agents platform, owning roadmap definition, execution strategy, and production rollout of intelligent automation systems.
- Design and optimize LLM-based workflows, including prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and system architecture to improve accuracy, reliability, and efficiency at scale.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to build robust, production-grade AI systems, balancing trade-offs between latency, cost, performance, and user experience.
- Establish AI platform standards and best practices across the organization, acting as the technical bridge between product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in automation rates, customer satisfaction, and system performance through structured experimentation, data analysis, and model iteration.
- Collaborate with external AI partners to evaluate and deploy emerging capabilities, including next-generation LLMs and voice or agent-based technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical product management, management consulting with a strong technical focus, or engineering-adjacent roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of modern AI systems, including LLMs, agent-based architectures, APIs, and production ML or automation workflows.
- Hands-on familiarity with data analysis (including SQL) and comfort using data to validate hypotheses and guide product decisions.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical systems into clear product strategy and cross-functional execution plans.
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to evaluate trade-offs in distributed systems, performance constraints, and AI model behavior.
- Demonstrated experience shipping scalable, production-grade products in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- High intellectual curiosity and strong intrinsic motivation to work deeply on emerging AI technologies and system design challenges.
