• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and Gen AI, and incorporate them into our delivery processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into various business processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their AI needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Oversee the development and deployment of AI agents, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct research and stay informed about emerging AI trends and technologies, contributing to the company's knowledge base.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, maintaining the integrity of AI-related data.
• 16+ years of experience in the field of AI and related technologies.
• Expertise in AI tools, Python programming, and a strong background in Gen AI and AI agents.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor a team of AI professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• A track record of successful AI project delivery and a deep understanding of AI-related business processes.
• Experience in driving P&L and managing the financial aspects of AI projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and innovate.
• A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.
• A relevant bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Certifications or additional qualifications in AI, machine learning, or data science are preferred.
