Key Responsibilities
You will partner with internal and external stakeholders across functional teams to capture inputs to the consensus demand plan to ensure adjustments and improvements to forecasting methodologies are implemented.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
•3+ years of experience working with cross functionalteams(internal and external)
• 3+ years of experience forecasting SKU demand with planning tool
•3+ years of experience in strong dataanalysiscapabilitieswithMicrosoft Excel and database softwaresuch as SQL
•3+yearsExperienceimproving demand forecastingprocesses
Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s degree in business or data-oriented discipline
•Strong communicationand interpersonal skills
• Strong working knowledge of S&OE and/or S&OP with implementation experience
• Experience upgrading demand and planning applications
• 5+ years of experience in collaborative planning
• Experience in aftermarket demand planning
• Project management skills
