We're Hiring: Senior Manager – Advisory Services

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager – Advisory Services to lead and grow our advisory business across community management, mixed-use developments, and lifestyle-driven destinations in the GCC region.

This role will play a key part in positioning the organization as a market-leading advisor by delivering strategic, operational, and commercial advisory solutions for high-profile developments and destination projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance advisory service frameworks, methodologies, and delivery models.
• Lead advisory engagements across:
  Community Management Operating Models
  Activation & Placemaking Strategies
  Service Design & Customer Experience
  Asset Positioning & Lifecycle Integration
• Support business development activities, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
• Build strong relationships with developers, government entities, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and trend analysis across real estate, hospitality, and community living sectors.
• Collaborate closely with Community Management, Leasing, and Asset Management teams to ensure practical implementation of advisory recommendations.
• Support the development of the advisory team, tools, and knowledge frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 7–10 years of experience within top-tier advisory firms, management consulting, real estate advisory, or Big 4 firms.
• Strong GCC market experience is required.
• Proven background in mixed-use developments, hospitality, destination developments, or community management advisory.
• Experience in operating models, strategic frameworks, and business planning.
• Strong client management, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
