This is a unique opportunity to shape how members engage across UniSuper’s advice ecosystem, influencing outcomes from education and guidance through to comprehensive advice and external adviser partnerships.

The role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will lead marketing strategy and business partnering across Advice, Education and External Financial Adviser channels. You’ll act as the primary strategic marketing partner to the Advice Leadership Team, connecting enterprise priorities, member needs and advice outcomes. Furthernore, you will:

  • Own the marketing strategy across Member Education, Select Advice, Private Wealth Management, digital advice and external financial adviser channels.

  • Develop integrated engagement strategies that build financial literacy, member confidence and progression through advice pathways.

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to align marketing activity with commercial objectives, member outcomes and regulatory requirements. ]

  • Lead adviser and intermediary marketing initiatives that strengthen engagement, advocacy and market positioning.

  • Use insight, segmentation and performance data to improve engagement, conversion, retention and pathway effectiveness.

  • Lead and develop a small team while driving prioritisation, capability and delivery excellence.

About you

You are an experienced marketing leader with deep expertise in financial advice, wealth management, retirement, superannuation and/or adviser marketing. You bring strong commercial acumen, stakeholder influence and the ability to deliver strategic outcomes in a regulated environment. In addition, you will have:

  • Significant experience across financial advice, retirement, wealth management, superannuation or adviser marketing.

  • Strong understanding of advice operating models, member pathways and adviser distribution channels.

  • Proven capability delivering strategic marketing initiatives with measurable commercial, member and growth outcomes.

  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing across complex stakeholder groups.

  • Strong analytical capability with a focus on data-informed decision making.

  • Ability to balance growth objectives, member outcomes and governance requirements.
