HRSI is hiring on behalf of a leading company in the power generation and energy sector for the position of Senior Manager Admin, based at their site in Thar.

About Role: The Sr. Manager Admin will be responsible for managing overall administrative, security, and site support functions at the Thar coal power plant, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted site operations. The role will provide leadership in administration, security and facility management, emergency response, and coordination with local authorities and stakeholders in a remote and operationally critical environment.

• Location: Thar Plant – Tharparkar, Sindh (On-Site)
• Rota: 14 days on / 14 days off - Accommodation, meals, and transportation will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all administrative and site support functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the Thar Site.
• Manage overall site security, including access control, security personnel, surveillance, and protection of company assets and personnel.
• Develop and implement effective security and administrative procedures in line with company policies and site requirements.
• Coordinate with local administration, law enforcement agencies, government departments, and other external stakeholders.
• Oversee accommodation, transport, mess, colony management, and other employee welfare and facility services.
• Lead emergency preparedness, crisis management, and contingency planning for the site, including coordination with relevant agencies.
• Monitor discipline, conduct, and adherence to company policies across site employees, contractors, and support staff.
• Identify and assess administrative and security risks at the plant and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Manage administrative service providers, contractors, and vendors, ensuring effective service delivery and compliance with site requirements.
• Ensure effective coordination between Administration, Security, Operations, HR, HSE, and other site functions.
• Provide regular updates and reports to site management on administrative, security, and operational support matters.
• Lead and develop the site administration team, ensuring high standards of discipline, efficiency, and service delivery.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Retired Pakistan Army Officer, preferably Colonel or Lieutenant Colonel.
• Minimum 15 years of military/service experience, preferably with significant exposure to administration, security, operations, logistics, or site management.
• Experience in managing administration and security operations in remote, large-scale, or industrial environments will be preferred.
• Strong experience in managing large teams, security personnel, logistics, accommodation, transport, and site facilities.
• Experience in dealing with government departments, law enforcement agencies, local administration, and community stakeholders.
• Ability to effectively manage operations in a remote and challenging environment such as Thar.
• Strong crisis management and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to respond effectively to emergency situations.
