ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a seasoned
Ad Operations leader to own and scale our monetisation stack across
Google Ad Manager (GAM 360) and DV360
, with a strong focus on building a high-quality, scalable programmatic ecosystem.
This role goes beyond campaign management - it requires someone who can drive end-to-end ownership of supply and demand strategy, build strong industry relationships, and create a robust monetisation channel across App, Web, and CTV environments.
You will be responsible for architecting and optimising our GAM infrastructure, onboarding premium publishers and demand partners, and unlocking revenue through direct deals, PG/PMP setups, and advanced programmatic strategies.
