ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a seasoned

Ad Operations leader to own and scale our monetisation stack across

Google Ad Manager (GAM 360) and DV360

, with a strong focus on building a high-quality, scalable programmatic ecosystem.

This role goes beyond campaign management - it requires someone who can drive end-to-end ownership of supply and demand strategy, build strong industry relationships, and create a robust monetisation channel across App, Web, and CTV environments.

You will be responsible for architecting and optimising our GAM infrastructure, onboarding premium publishers and demand partners, and unlocking revenue through direct deals, PG/PMP setups, and advanced programmatic strategies.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Manage and optimize

    Google Ad Manager 360 (GAM)

    and

    DV360

    for campaign delivery and revenue growth

  • Onboard and scale

    Open Bidding partners

    and integrate

    Amazon TAM

    demand via GAM

  • Support

    publisher onboarding

    through

    Header Bidding (Prebid.js / Server-side)

    and direct integrations

  • Create, manage, and optimize

    Programmatic Guaranteed (PG), PMP, and Open Auction deals

  • Manage

    CTV monetization setups

    including SSAI/CSAI workflows, ad pods, and OEM inventory integrations

  • Drive

    yield optimization

    through UPRs, floor pricing strategies, bid analysis, and demand allocation

  • Monitor and improve key metrics: fill rate, match rate, CPM, win rate, and overall revenue

  • Troubleshoot delivery issues including

    non-matched requests, discrepancies, VAST errors, and latency/QPS challenges

  • Collaborate with demand partners, DSPs, and internal stakeholders to improve performance and scale

  • Build and maintain

    automated reporting dashboards

    and provide actionable insights to stakeholders


QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS


  • 6+ years of experience in

    Ad Operations / Programmatic Monetization

  • Strong hands-on expertise in

    Google Ad Manager 360 (GAM)

    and

    DV360

  • 3 Years of experience on monetizing via OB accounts like Pubmatic, Inmobi, Magnite, etc.

  • Proven experience working with

    SSPs, DSPs, Ad Exchanges, and programmatic partnerships

  • Deep understanding of

    header bidding ecosystems (client-side and server-side)

  • Experience in

    CTV monetization

    including VAST protocols, SSAI/CSAI, and OEM environments

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on

    revenue growth and optimization

  • Experience in

    debugging and troubleshooting

    ad delivery, discrepancies, and technical integrations

  • Familiarity with

    IVT tools

    like Pixalate or HUMAN

  • Ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

    VAST errors, discrepancies, IVT filtering, latency, QPS optimization

  • Analytics & Reporting:

    Data analysis, performance forecasting, dashboarding (Data Studio / BigQuery preferred)

  • Integrations:

    Prebid setup, third-party tag troubleshooting, IMA/PAL SDK integrations
