Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Accounting to lead cost accounting and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. This role will partner cross-functionally to support business goals, improve processes, and deliver clear financial insights. Key responsibilities include overseeing reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit preparation, and financial analysis. What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification required
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting standards.
• Proven experience managing accounting teams and driving process improvements.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Who You Will Work With

As the Senior Manager, Accounting, you will work closely with Finance, Operations and Supply Chain teams.
