As the Senior Manager, Account Management (Licensing), you will fulfill a critical and exciting role to ensure that all collaborations established under the technology out-licensing business model of Lonza Oss are nurtured well to deliver their full potential. Together with the rest of the Alliance Management Team, this role is expected to maintain and grow existing relationships, negotiate and coordinate contracts, facilitate (new) research, conduct progress monitoring and status reporting.

The full-time annual base pay for this position in The Netherlands is expected to range between 74.250,- EUR and 103.950,- EUR. Initial salary placement within this range will be determined based on role‑related factors such as experience, qualifications, and expected contribution.
