Job Specification

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Revenue Support Manager for Spare parts business category based at our HO to drive revenue growth through channel partners, optimize revenue processes, and spearhead new initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing policies, revenue strategies, and fostering a strong revenue-focused mindset across the organization.

Qualification/ Personal Attributes

Qualification:

• BE/BTech
• MBA (preferred) in Sales, Marketing or Business Strategy

Experience:

• 8 + years of experience in electronics AMC Business & Spare parts business, aftermarket sales, or a related business (preferably in Consumer Durable, Home Appliances, Inverter Power Energy Products and Solar Products)

Skills &Attributes:

• Business Acumen – Ability to design and execute revenue strategies
• Data-Driven Decision Making – Proficiency in using analytics to drive business growth
• Negotiation & Pricing Expertise – Strong skills in pricing, revenue models, and deal-making
• Knowledge of emerging warranty business ecosystems and effective distribution channel strategies.
• Leadership & Collaboration – Ability to work with cross-functional teams and leadership
• Problem-Solving & Adaptability – Capability to address revenue challenges effectively
• Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills – Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

Key Responsibilities –

·Drive service revenue growth through AMC, spare parts, repairs, and service contracts.

· Develop pricing strategies and service packages based on market trends and competition.

· Manage key accounts and ensure timely renewal of service contracts.

· Collaborate with sales, service, operations, and finance teams for revenue alignment.

· Monitor KPIs, analyse performance, and prepare revenue forecasts and reports.

· Identify new service opportunities to expand business and improve profitability.

· Develop insurance/warranty schemes and manage overall P&L for service AMC business

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track key revenue KPIs, conduct performance analysis, and provide actionable insights

• Prepare regular revenue reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management
• Identify gaps in revenue performance and propose corrective measures
