Team Member - Fx
FX Risk Monitoring & Transaction Support:
Assist in identifying and tracking FX exposures across the organization.
Support the execution of hedging strategies to mitigate currency risks.
Monitor currency market movements, macroeconomic trends, and central bank policies impacting FX operations.
Help evaluate the effectiveness of hedging strategies and provide inputs for optimization.
Prepare reports on FX positions, hedging effectiveness, and market conditions for internal stakeholders.
Trade Execution & Reconciliation:
Assist in executing FX transactions, including spot, forward, and derivative contracts.
Coordinate with banks, brokers, and financial institutions to ensure smooth trade execution.
Support the reconciliation of FX trades and settlements in collaboration with the middle and back office.
Maintain accurate records of FX transactions and ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance.
Compliance & Regulatory Support:
Ensure FX operations comply with RBI, FEMA, and internal treasury policies.
Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory filings, audits, and risk reviews.
Help monitor adherence to internal FX risk policies and report any deviations.
Maintain records of FX contracts and regulatory submissions to ensure transparency and governance.
Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting:
Work closely with business units, finance, and risk management teams to align FX strategies with operational needs.
Support engagement with banks, brokers, and external advisors for trade execution and market insights.
Assist in training and guiding internal teams on FX processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
Provide timely updates on FX market movements, trade performance, and risk exposures to senior team members.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business
Relevant certifications like CFA or FRM preferred
Work Experience (Range of years):
5-8 years in foreign exchange risk management or trading roles
