Job Description

Essential Functions

  • The position is responsible to perform accounting functions related to O2C – Accounts Receivables
  • Monitoring the team’s productivity and ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA and Internal standards.
  • Ensuring completeness and accuracy of Daily Receipts & resolving errors/exceptions.
  • Subject Matter Expert for the purpose of handling process related issues and queries.
  • Managing the Invoicing Work Load and making sure every delivered Order in billed in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate activities between Accounts Payable, R2R and Treasury departments.
  • Analyze and research all discrepancies/ open items, resolve queries relating to Incoming Payments.
  • Follow-up with Sales & other teams for any pending and unresolved items.
  • Hands on experience in Reporting
  • Maintain data and records in accordance with accounting standards & principles and provide accounting records for review by internal and external audits.
  • Subject Matter Expert for the purpose of handling process issues, queries and escalated transactions.
  • Actively brainstorm the team for offering ideas, insights and recommendations towards process improvements which will enable team to improve its overall efficiency
  • Ability to analyze the errors, prepare RCA and bring in controls to reduce errors in the future
  • Prepare and conduct governance call with client leadership.

  • Good computer navigation skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly ERPs [Preferably SAP B1]

Education Requirements

  • Post Graduate in Commerce / MBA Finance

Work Experience Requirements

  • Total work experience - 10 to 15 years in the field of Finance & Accounts Receivable and Reporting
