Job Description

Create your best future and join Westpac as a Senior Manager, Enterprise Records Management and Privacy (ERMP)

What’s the role?

Join Westpac’s Enterprise Records Management and Privacy function as a Senior Manager, based in Sydney. This is a 12-month contract opportunity, offering full time work with flexibility to support how you work best.

You’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of strategic ERMP initiatives that strengthen controls, manage regulatory risk and help protect customer trust. Working across a complex stakeholder environment, you’ll coordinate activity, manage delivery risks and contribute to outcomes that matter.

This role suits someone who enjoys working through complexity, applying sound judgement and structured problem solving to keep initiatives moving forward. You’ll communicate clearly, build strong relationships and take a practical, solutions focused approach to delivery in a regulated environment.

If you’re motivated by meaningful work, collaboration and making a real impact across the enterprise, you’ll feel right at home here.

What do I need?

  • Experience delivering projects, change or initiatives within risk, compliance, privacy, records management or similar regulated environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence, collaborate and deliver through others
  • Confidence working with complex information and large data sets to support insights, prioritisation and decisions
  • Sound risk-based judgement and experience managing delivery risks, issues and dependencies
  • Experience with systems such as Alfabet and Holocentric is beneficial
