Job Description

Own end-to-end project delivery while driving financial ownership at both project and BU level, including annual budget planning, P&L management, and revenue forecasting. Along with Delivery, the role requires close collaboration with Sales, Account Management, and Finance to ensure predictable revenue, cost control, and margin optimization.

Basic Function

Implementation and Delivery Focus

  1. Project Delivery Management

• Lead end-to-end project execution across scope, schedule, quality, and stakeholder management

• Drive governance (status reporting, RAID, change management, transitions)

• Ensure alignment with client expectations and contractual commitments

  1. Project Financial Management

• Manage project budgets including revenue baseline, cost estimates, and profitability

• Track actuals, burn rate, and forecast remaining costs

• Identify risks to budget, margin, and delivery and drive mitigation actions

  1. Change & Commercial Governance

• Manage change requests and quantify impact on revenue, cost, and margins

• Ensure proper approvals and incorporation into forecasts and budgets

BU Focus Areas

  1. Revenue Forecasting & Sales Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Account teams to translate pipeline into delivery forecasts

• Provide inputs to monthly/quarterly revenue forecasts at project and BU level

• Ensure alignment between SOW assumptions, delivery plans, and financial forecasts

• Strengthen pre-sales to delivery handover for financial assumptions

  1. Annual Budget Planning

• Lead annual budget planning for the Business Unit in coordination with Finance and Leadership

• Translate pipeline, ongoing projects, and strategic initiatives into budget assumptions

• Build cost and revenue projections across projects, accounts, and delivery units

• Identify investment areas, cost optimization levers, and growth opportunities

  1. P&L Management

• Own and track Business Unit P&L across revenue, cost, and margins

• Monitor actuals vs budget and drive corrective actions for variances

• Partner with Finance to ensure accuracy in revenue recognition, cost allocation, and margins

• Provide visibility into margin improvement opportunities

7. Reporting & Governance

• Prepare executive dashboards for delivery health and financial performance

• Support leadership reviews with insights on revenue, cost, risks, and opportunities

• Drive structured cadence for financial and delivery governance
