To support our continued growth in Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced Senior Management Consultant / Manager to join our Business & Operations Design team in Zurich.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex transformation engagements, work closely with senior client stakeholders, and contribute to the continued growth of our team and practice.

Your Role – Creating Impact Through Transformation

As a Senior Management Consultant, you will lead and contribute to complex transformation projects, working closely with clients to design and implement solutions that improve how organizations operate and perform.

Depending on the project, your responsibilities may include:

• Designing and implementing operating models and organizational structures
• Leading organizational transformations and introducing new ways of working
• Optimizing business processes with a digital-first mindset
• Establishing performance management frameworks and management systems
• Exploring and realizing the business value of emerging technologies, including AI
• Supporting and leading post-merger integrations and carve-outs
• Designing and facilitating workshops with senior client stakeholders
• Leading project workstreams and managing project teams
• Developing trusted relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to create further impact
• Contributing to the development of our Business & Operations Design offering and local team

You will have the opportunity to shape your own areas of expertise while contributing to the continued growth and development of our practice.

What You Bring

You have 2–6 years of experience in management consulting, ideally with experience in organizational transformation, operating models, operations, or related areas.

You also:

• Hold a master’s degree from a reputable university, e.g., in business, engineering, economics, or a related field
• Have a proven track record of delivering complex transformation projects
• Are experienced in managing project workstreams, stakeholders, and teams
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can translate complex challenges into practical solutions
• Communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and facilitate effective client discussions and workshops
• Bring a structured, proactive, and collaborative approach to your work
• Are curious about how organizations operate and how they can improve
• Take ownership and thrive in a project-based, fast-paced environment
• Are fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
