Role and responsibilities
The Senior Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the Head of Wilton Factory by ensuring seamless coordination of executive schedules, complex travel arrangements, and confidential administrative needs. This position also leads the planning and execution of key engagement activities, business meetings, and onsite/offsite events, providing high‑quality logistical and operational support in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. With a strong focus on professionalism, organization, and adaptability, this role helps enable smooth operations and meaningful employee experiences across the organization.
